Background    
 

Peter began his property career as Marketing Executive with Trust House Forte Hotels. During the 1980s Peter transferred his skills to the Housing Association sector, heading up new residential property leasing projects in London and the Home Counties on behalf of a leading Housing Association. Peter managed the planned growth of this sector to become one of the principal leasing operations in the Capital.

 

In 1989 Peter became Director of Development for a large Housing Association based in North West London, holding overall responsibility for property acquisition and development, together with joint initiatives with private sector developers. Over his tenure, Peter increased the annual unit production of the organisation to a new peak of 1000 units a year.

 

In 1995 Peter took the post of Assistant Chief Executive, with the Network Group of Housing Associations. Working closely with the private sector and Local Authorities, Peter delivered a number of major mixed use development partnership in the South East.

 

Peter is a Chartered Surveyor, and a professionally qualified Project Manager.

 

Relevant Experience

 

Peter’s client list spans private and public sector organisations. These include major national residential developers such as Barratt Homes Plc, entrepreneurial private companies, and principally commercial and retail developers such as Westfield Shoppingtowns Ltd in relation to mixed use and residential regeneration opportunities which contain an element of affordable or student housing. Peter’s experience allows him to add genuine value to projects which entail an element of affordable housing.

 

Notable Achievements

 

Peter is a past Chairman of a London based Housing Association and is called to advise both private and public sector clients at a strategic level.
