The £43m Phase 1 regeneration of the Urmston Town Centre is now complete. This provides 140 homes within new mixed use retail, leisure, and office based setting.

 

As the schemes affordable housing consultants, Affordable Housing Solutions were instrumental in delivering the partnership approach between Ask Developments and Trafford Council in relation to the key residential element of the project.

 

Our project input at Urmston amply demonstrates how benefits may be optimised for all parties, from stakeholders, through to occupiers. Our project viability modelling of the design options provided the foundation for the subsequent agreement of Heads of Terms and the Council.
