As regards Suffolk House, located in London Borough of Camden, Derwent London has secured a planning consent to provide a bank of affordable homes to facilitate the delivery of a number of schemes elsewhere in the borough. This secured objective provides the borough with much needed affordable housing earlier than would otherwise be the case, whilst also offering the opportunity to maximise the  efficient future management of the affordable housing scheme. 

 

Designed by award winning architects DSDHA, Suffolk House site will provide high quality affordable residential accommodation in close proximity to both formal and informal play areas, and commenced construction in the Autumn of 2013.
